Whether you arrive by public transport (underground stop within 3 minutes walking distance) or by car (private and free parking lot behind the house), you will feel like home during your stay in our house.

Recreation:

As our guest you are fortunate to find numerous recreation possibilities in the adjacency, e.g.:

• the recreation area Perchtoldsdorf, at the outskirts of Vienna (distance: 10 minutes by car), where the Percholdsdorfer heath invites to expanded promenades,
  
• the palace grounds Laxenburg (distance: 10 minutes by car) as well as
  
• the health resort Baden where you also can adventure a short visit at the casino. (distance: 15 minutes by car)In case you prefer going to the cinema for relaxing, we recommend
  
• the UCI cinema world with altogether 9 enormous, air-conditioned halls – distance: only 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by public transport.

Shopping:

Within 5 minutes by car or 10 minutes by public transport you will find the largest shopping center in Europe - the SCS (Shopping City South), where you may select within 300 shops (230.000 m² sales area).

Directly attached to the SCS is the largest freely accessible park of prefabricated houses in Europe- the Blaue Lagune -, where you can pick up some ideas for your personal dream house.

In case you should prefer to commute to the Viennese city center, we will be happy to advise you with the selection of shops.

Fitness:

The Galaxy fitness club (Perfektastrasse 86), within 5 minutes walking distance, offers beside the usual exercise equipment also an expanded wellness area, which
particularly invites for recreation and relaxation. Of course you can also take advantage of the numerous variety at this fitness club by the day use as well as you can just pass by for a short stay in the solarium there.

The tennis courts at the " Europa Halle " offer season-independent tennis pleasure,
since both numerous courts in the hall and outside are available. Likewise under offer you will find many badminton- and squashcourts there. To get to the “Europa Halle” will take you only 5 minutes by car. It will be our pleasure to arrange the court reservations for you.

Likewise in the adjacency are numerous golf courses. We will advise you with the selection of the course and the reservation concerns.

Evening entertainment:

If you long for relaxation or perhaps also something "action" after a arduous working day, a multiplicity of opportunities which you can comfortably access is offered.

For the restful evening of the typically Viennese way we recommend the closely situated "Heurigenort" Perchtoldsdof, which offers not only a multiplicity of well-known Heurigenschenken but also the "Perchtoldsdorfer Sommerspiele" for culturally interested ones.

If you are looking for something more exciting, we recommend a visit to the Viennese city center offering numerous clubs, bars and discotheques where you will probably find something meeting you taste. It will take you approx. 12 minutes to get to the Viennese city center, by car as well as by underground.

For the culinary consumption Vienna is offering a multiplicity of selected luxury restaurants, snugly "Beisln" and enjoyable adventure gastronomy places. (We will be happy to advise you with the selection of the desired restaurant and make also the appropriate reservation for you.)
